Seeing as some of you may not know either of us, I figure a little introduction is in order!
*these little write ups are taken from our wedding website*
Jenifer Marie
Growing up she felt like she was always the loud and obnoxious one! But, always knew how to have fun. She enjoys being different in every possible way and love that she is an individual and not one to follow the crowds. When she was a little girl she could remember dreaming of her wedding.. She would be about 23 years old and get married to some hunk. Then start popping out them babies by the time she turned 25. MAAAAAN was she wrong! ha. But hey, better late than never right? =]
She's been through hell & back when it comes to both relationships & friendships. She's gone through some pretty dark phases of her life & now has grown immensely because of it all.
She's 24 years old, a West Chester University graduate, & a preschool teacher for the Head Start organization in Mercer County. She has an out of control obsession with everything Disney! Peanut is her 5 year old toy Chihuahua that she loves like a daughter & can't imagine her life without her!
David Chalagonian
David (Dave) is a strong willed, kind hearted and outgoing individual with big plan's for his life. At a young age, he went through a lot, living through a rough, yet fulfilling childhood. He did a lot of things most kids don't get to do (thanks to Mom and Dad), but with that, he got to experience a lot of things most kids don't want to experience, including working for his father from a very young age. Shortly (4 days) after his 21st birthday, he was burdened with the news that his father (Jeffrey Chalagonian Olcott) had passed away, peacefully.
David struggled to keep his family together, all while trying to continue his father's environmental, health and safety business (Envirogenics) in his name so the legend could live on. That lasted about a year and a half when cash flow issues forced Envirogenics' doors closed. Needless to say, David wanted nothing to do with that kind of occupation anymore, as it was a reminder of the years he spent working with his father, and it was painful.
Not knowing where to go or what to do and being at a very low point in his life, David sold parts for a Harley-Davidson dealer for a few months until an old friend of his father's called him out of the blue, giving him the opportunity to get back into the environmental, health and safety field. Despite the pain, David decided to give it a shot, as his father had given him much experience while he was growing up.
David worked for GiTech, LLC (David Henderson) for about 2 years when he was given a job offer by The Conti Group as a Level 2 Site Safety and Health Officer for Conti Federal Services.
And from that moment on, things kept getting better for not only David, but for Jenifer as well. <3
Success awaits at the end of every road. Which one you take and how hard you work to get to the end is what counts!
